Pravo Code™ as your unique extension
(example: 9182)
- Free access to a toll free number (For
example: 1-866-885-8317 X 9182)
- When a prospect calls your toll free
number and enters your extension they
can leave a message or answer an automated
questionnaire providing you with important
information about their needs
- Your questionnaire is customizable and
will ask certain questions based on the
prospects responses.
For example:
The system asks: Do you currently have
insurance?
Prospects Response: Yes
The system responds: What type of insurance
to you currently have?
or
The system asks: Do you currently have
insurance?
Prospects Response: No
The system responds: What type of insurance
are you looking for?
- Once the call is complete you will receive
an email containing the recording of the
voice message or the completed over-the-phone
questionnaire.
- You can choose the prospects you want
to work with.
