* The $199.00 annual administration fee covers the cost of setup, design, hosting and maintaining your web page, quote form, and data. The annual term begins the day your purchase is made. The $199.00 annual administration fee is non-refundable once the web page and quote form have been completed and functional according to Pravo Network Inc.'s quality standards.

* The $20 monthly fee covers the cost of setup and usage of the Professionals Package. Subscription can be cancelled at any time. Once a $20 subscription fee has been billed and paid it is non-refundable. The monthly fee is based on standard usage of 250 minutes per month. There are no additional fees for usage in excess of 250 minutes unless Pravo Network, Inc. determines that the system is being abused or misused.

* Pravo Network, Inc. reserves the right to cancel your access to FreeQuotesAmerica.com and FreeLeadsAmerica.com without liability if abuse or misuse has been determined by Pravo Network, Inc. In order to provide you with enough time to comply with our Terms and Conditions, you will receive a 15 day notice if we have determined that you are abusing our site(s).

* Pravo Network, Inc. is the owner of the data submitted through FreeLeadsAmerica.com and FreeQuotesAmerica.com.
